Who We Are
Church of the Apostles is a welcoming gospel-centered church in Dawsonville. Our aim is to help people of all ages to follow Jesus in every area of their life.
Gospel-Centered
We believe the most important truth in all the world is the good news of what God has done for us in Jesus Christ. God has saved us by grace, through faith, in the finished work of Jesus on our behalf. We seek to keep this central in all we do.
Gracious
As followers of Jesus, we believe that understanding our desperate need for God’s grace in all things produces humility. As such, we seek to show grace in a way that reflects the grace we have received.
Community
of the Word
We see God’s Word as revealed to us in the Bible as our authority for all we do. As such we value clear, biblical exposition, seeking to communicate the truth of God’s Word for all matters of faith and practice.

As followers of Jesus we are called to go and show the world what God is like by how we love and care for all people, whether locally or globally.

What to Expect on a Sunday
It's common for people to have questions. Learn more about what it's like to visit COTA.
- Our service begins at 10:30 AM and typically ends at 11:45 AM.
- Dress casually or dress up. Either way come as you are comfortable.
- COTA Kids is a place where children ages 0-5th grade have fun, make friends, and learn the story of the Bible in an engaging and age-appropriate format.
- You can expect a variety of timeless hymns and contemporary worship songs.
- We teach directly from the Bible and apply the truth to relationships, work, and life.
